Woolworths Group owns and operates Everyday Rewards, previously Woolworths Rewards, in Australia. Member firms such as Woolworths Group companies (Woolworths Supermarkets, Big W, BWS, and so on) and partner brands such as Ampol, Bupa, and Origin Energy may all be able to aid members in earning points via the program.
As part of a cooperation between the two firms, members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program may exchange 2,000 points for 1,000 Frequent Flyer points.
What are the several ways?
Earn points on your shopping
Spend $1 at Woolworths supermarkets, BWS, Big W, or participating Caltex Woolworths gasoline stations to get 1 Everyday Rewards point. You may shop in three ways:
Using your credit card for shopping.
Before you pay at the register, swipe your membership card. The cashier will usually remind you, but keep in mind that you won’t be able to earn points for that purchase if you don’t swipe your card at the register.
Using your phone to go shopping.
Scanning a digital version of your membership card with the Woolworths app will earn you points. Install the app on your smartphone or tablet and fill out the “More” section with your membership card information. Once you’ve stored this data, bring your phone to the register and choose “display barcode.” Your Everyday Rewards card may also be added to your Apple or Google Pay wallets.
Online shopping.
You’ll be prompted to type in your information as part of the purchase process if you shop for groceries online with Woolworths.
Earn points on meal delivery kits
points may be used on meal delivery packages from Marley Spoon and Dinnerly. For every $1 spent on meal kit purchases, you will earn 1 point if you connect your Everyday Rewards account to your account with any providers.
You’ll also get 500 additional points if you connect your accounts and make an order before December 31, 2021.
Earn points with a Woolworths credit card
Woolworths credit cards are no longer available to new customers due to COVID-19. As soon as they’re accessible again, we’ll update this guide. You can learn more about Woolworths credit cards or compare rewards credit cards.
Woolworths normally has two credit cards that earn reward points for regular purchases and also serve as your membership card for the Everyday Rewards program. For each card, we’ve emphasized the most important details:
Woolworths Everyday Platinum.
This credit card rewards you with 3 points for every $1 spent on Woolworth’s brand items, 2 points for every $1 spent in eligible Woolworths Group shops, and 1 point for every $1 spent elsewhere. These points are subsequently transformed into a shopping card that may be used at any of the Woolworths group’s locations.
Woolworths Qantas Platinum.
Up to $2,500 every statement period, this card earns 1 Qantas Point for $1 spent, then 0.5 points per $1 spent for the remainder of the statement period. It also provides free travel insurance and unique platinum card discounts, among other benefits.
Earn points on utilities and health insurance
It has partnered with Origin Energy and Bupa to offer you the following points-earning opportunities:
Origin Energy.
When you join up for an Origin Everyday Rewards Energy Plan as a new customer, you’ll get at least 5,000 points, plus one point for every dollar you spend on energy. Residential homes may choose between electricity, natural gas, or a mixed plan. A combined energy and gas contract will earn you 10,000 points, translating into a $50 Woolworths discount.
Bupa.
Sign up for Bupa health insurance and provide your Everyday Rewards account number (and Woolies21 promo code) during registration to earn additional Everyday Rewards points. For couples/family insurance, you may earn up to 130,000 points, and for singles insurance, you can earn up to 80,000 points.
Fresh fruit and vegetables and Macro Wholefoods Market goods will earn you three times the points (for 60 days).
Everyday Rewards points are worth how much?
Because there are fewer incentives to pick from than in other programs like Flybuys, assessing the value of points is rather simple.
Each Everyday Rewards point is worth 0.5 cents since you’ll get $10 off your next purchase if you earn 2,000 points.
When it comes to Qantas rewards flights, 2,000 Everyday Rewards points equal 1,000 Qantas Points. At a rate of 0.5 Qantas Points for $1 spent, that’s a good deal.
Converting your points to Qantas Points generally maximizes their long-term worth. Check out the table below to see how many Everyday Rewards points you’ll need to get a free flight.
It has 12.5 million members as of September 8, 2021. Members may use the app to view their Everyday Rewards card, connect it to digital wallets like Google Pay, or acquire a real card online.
In the following weeks and months, points may be redeemed in Woolworths Group shops (for a $10 discount at 2,000 points), or they can be turned into 1,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer points.
Spending A$30 or more at a Woolworths supermarket entitles you to a 4c/liter gasoline discount coupon redeemable at participating Ampol or EG Australia stores.
- What benefits do Everyday Rewards provide?
For every* dollar spent in-store or online at Woolworths and partners, you may earn up to 10 points# with a points booster. If you choose Money off your next purchase as your Rewards option, every 2000 Everyday Rewards points you earn will save you $10 on your next purchase.
- Do the points earned via Everyday Rewards expire?
Your Everyday Rewards points may expire if you do not maintain an active account. Your points will not expire if you scan your Everyday Rewards card once every 18 months in the shop or online.
- How can I get my Everyday Rewards points back if I haven’t received them yet?
While it’s ideal to remember to swipe your card at all times, everyone has their moment. Don’t worry if you misplace it. Keep your receipt and sign in to your Everyday Rewards account. Follow the directions inside the “Point Claim form” by going to the “My Account” section and selecting “My Activity.”
- Is it possible to share points with family members in Everyday Rewards?
No. Members of Everyday Rewards cannot share their points with friends or relatives. You may, however, share your gasoline reductions by linking your card with up to four other registered users.
